    Carlos Raposo Impecável Rose

    Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional.
    Vinification: Careful selection of grapes followed by destemming. The grapes were sent to the pneumatic press for delicate pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats and malolactic fermentation.
    Aging: 6 months in stainless steel
    Colour: Open rose. 
    Aroma: Very fresh and fruity aroma, with red fruits standing out.
    Flavour: It has good structure, balanced acidity, as well as elegance and precision. The flavour is fruity and fresh, with a long persistence and a pleasant, slightly balsamic finish.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Lightly spiced dishes, red meats, white meats and pasta. Vegetarian suggestions: dishes with tubers (turnips, sweet potatoes, beetroot) and pulses (chickpeas, beans, peas), dishes with cheese. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
