Grape varieties: 75% Godello y 25% Treixadura, Torrontes, Loureiro, Albariño
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: A youthful aromatic profile, with notes of fresh fruit such as pear, green apple and peach, citrus touches, floral nuances and an herbaceous and mineral background.
Flavour: Fresh and balanced, with good acidity and a silky texture. It is a medium-bodied wine, driven by a mineral and saline freshness that makes it vibrant and easy to drink.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fresh seafood, grilled white fish or summer salads.
