Bimbache Miguelito Jackson

Bimbache Miguelito Jackson is one of the most unique wines produced in El Hierro, in the Canary Islands. It is a Blanc de Noirs, made from indigenous red grape varieties, which has a charming bouquet of ripe fruits, such as peach and apple, accompanied by a floral echo, with a bitter and salty finish, reminiscent of the island's sea breeze.
