Arrepiado Collection Reserva White
Grape varieties: Antão Vaz 70%, Chardonnay 15%, Riesling 15%.
Vinification: Harvested by hand in 25kg boxes, followed by careful sorting on a selection table. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 12oC in barrels with battônage.
Aging: 12 months, ageing and fermentation in French oak barrels.
Colour: Brilliant straw yellow.
Aroma: Exuberant nose, notes of spices, "pain grillé", with some citrus.
Flavour: Full-bodied, with a present texture, rich, with much persistence and freshness.
Harmonisation: Gastronomic wine that combines elements of richness, freshness, creaminess and spices, making it versatile enough to match both baked fish or meat dishes. Its natural high acidity also makes it excellent to pair with light fish and seafood.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
