Argiano Non Confunditur IGT
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration for two days per grape variety, followed by fermentation and maceration for a fortnight in steel vats.
Aging: A few months in third and fourth French tonneaux barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Fruity notes with a touch of oak.
Flavour: Medium-bodied and flavoursome on the palate, with characteristic red fruit notes as well as hints of shrubbery. Quite persistent with a pleasant freshness that combines with a medium tannin level.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Carnes assadas, massas e queijos.
