Grape varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Sousão.
Vinification: Pre-fermentative maceration promoting gentle extraction, followed by fermentation in stainless steel.
Aging: French oak barrels used for 10 months.
Colour: Intense, vivid ruby colour.
Aroma: Expressive aroma with red fruits in particular.
Flavour: Very fruity on the palate, with a lingering sensation of breadth and volume, as well as a smooth texture.
Serve: 14⁰ to 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, baked meat dishes.
