António Braga Ipiranga Tinto
Grape varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Sousão and Tinto Cão.
Vinification: Four fermentations were carried out, with cold pre-fermentation maceration and gentle extraction for 10 days.
Aging: French oak barrels used for 16 months.
Colour: Dense ruby.
Aroma: Very expressive, with ripe red fruits, liquorice and a slight balsamic hint from ageing.
Flavour: Intense, with integrated tannins and very balanced acidity, with a long and persistent finish.
Serve: 15⁰ a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (20 years).
Harmonisation: Red meat, baked meat dishes.
