Grape varieties: Old Vines, Tinta Amarela Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Sousão, others (20 autochthonous varieties).
Aging: 6 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Deep Ruby.
Aroma: Great complexity and aromatic freshness, with unusual balsamic and tar notes, liquorice and black fruits, typical of the Abandonado vineyard.
Flavour: Mouth full of harmony, with intensity but also delicacy, minerality and an extraordinary purity of fruit. You can feel the schist soils, the surrounding forest, the freshness of the altitude, in a pure expression of the nature of the vineyard.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Storage (15 to 20 years) .
Harmonisation: Grilled or baked red meat dishes.
