Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional.
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels (225 litres), 100% new.
Colour: Opaque centre with a short deep ruby halo.
Aroma: Fruta preta silvestre, amora, baunilha, tostados.
Flavour: Very full-bodied, with textured tannins. Voluminous, with black fruit such as plums and blackberries, combined with a pleasant touch of oak and some pine notes; long, juicy, silky finish.
Serve: 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Grilled meat, roast pork loin and game.
