Planted at an altitude of 700 metres and without any irrigation, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine show the perfection that Mother Nature has given them.

    Ad Scarab Reserve Touriga Nacional 2018

    Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional.
    Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels (225 litres), 100% new.
    Colour: Opaque centre with a short deep ruby halo.
    Aroma: Fruta preta silvestre, amora, baunilha, tostados.
    Flavour: Very full-bodied, with textured tannins. Voluminous, with black fruit such as plums and blackberries, combined with a pleasant touch of oak and some pine notes; long, juicy, silky finish.

    Serve: 14⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Grilled meat, roast pork loin and game.
