    Grape varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier.
    Aging: 10 years.
    Colour: Aged golden colour.
    Aroma: Powerful character as an expression of the beautiful maturity of this champagne. Notes of gingerbread followed by a delicate honeyed register.
    Flavour: A champagne with very fine bubbles and a generous palate that allows it to fully express its character. It finishes with notes of white fruit.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.
