    Quinta de San Michel Malvarinto

    Grape varieties: Malvasia de Colares and Arinto.
    Vinification: Destemming and crushing, direct pressing and decanting for 36 hours. Fermentation in barrels and stainless steel tanks.
    Aging: 8 months in French oak barrels (20% new) and 22 months in the bottle.
    Colour: Yellow. 
    Aroma: Impetuous. Citrus fruits such as lemon, orange peel and grapefruit, white pepper and cinnamon, as well as smoke and sea air.
    Flavour: Voluptuous, marked by acidity and texture, notes of green apple, lemon and grapefruit, spicy and with a long finish.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Grilled fish, Serra da Estrela cheeses and black pork ham.
