Arrepiado Velho AMMA Tinto 2020
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot.
Vinification: Hand-picked, carefully selected, very light destemming to crack the berries. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 21-day cuvaison.
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Colour: Concentrated dark violet.
Aroma: Warm, concentrated and intense nose, notes of blackberries and blueberries, floral touch and subtle aroma of toasted almonds from the barrel.
Flavour: The attack is full-bodied with firm, very ripe tannins. Good acidity and a long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Roasted red meats or game. Cheeses such as Roquefort or Azeitão cheese.
