What is an Orange Wine?
An Orange Wine is a tanning white wine.
The production of white wine by tanning is a vinification method similar to red wines, in which the must - grape juice - ferments with the skins and seeds of the grapes, remaining in contact with them for a long period of time.
This method allows the elaboration of intense white wines, with more tannins and a high aging potential. Its orange colour gave origin to the designation Orange Wine.
