    Vinification: Fermented 90% in stainless steel and 10% in older barrels with indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: 18 months in 25% new oak.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Mineral and citrus.
    Flavour: Wonderfully balanced, with lively, acidic fruit at its core, supported by minerality and fine structure.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.
