Vinhos Imperfeitos … Vinhos Verdes was born out of recognition of the unique characteristics of the Vinho Verde region for creating world-class wines, as well as the unique relationship between Dirk Niepoort and Carlos Raposo, thanks to which, and after much experimentation, the winemaker was able to produce the wine he had always dreamed of.

    Vinhos Imperfeitos Vinhos Verdes

    Grape varieties: Arinto, Loureiro and Avesso.
    Vinification: Carefully selected at the winery door, these grapes were gently pressed and slowly fermented at low temperatures, with the aim of respecting the raw material and enhancing the primary aromas.
    Aging: -.
    Colour: Citric and crystalline.
    Aroma: A complex aroma, with white petal floral notes predominating. After some time in the glass, fresh notes of orange leaf appear in the background.
    Flavour: A white with character, extremely mineral and delicate, but which, thanks to its acidity, provides a long, intense and energetic finish.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Shellfish, delicate fish, sushi, soft cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
