Vinification: Patient and gentle pressings, from low fermentation temperatures to small-capacity lagares, always with constant attention to detail.
Aging: 15 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Red colour, dense and compact.
Aroma: Concentrated and seductive, as well as floral and fruity.
Flavour: It stands out for its invigorating freshness at the end of the mouth and the soft but powerful tannins that brighten up the exciting finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, roast beef and game.
