Grape varieties: Old Vines of Roupeiro, Arinto and Antão Vaz.
Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperatures, followed by ageing in French oak barrels.
Aging: French oak barrels.
Colour: Citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Intense and persuasive aroma.
Flavour: Structured but elegant, fresh and mineral with a vigorous and vibrant finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Baked fish dishes, white meats.
