Vinha das Virtudes
It is near Évora that we find Monte da Ribeira, where from a small production area the unique and exclusive wines of Vinha das Virtudes are created.
The Alentejo smallholding is dedicated to small, top-quality productions, a project whose main inspiration is the seven virtues of the epic poem by Prudentius, a Roman poet who lived between 348 and 410.
Each wine was attributed one of the virtues. Liberalitas, Humanitas and Humilitas, mean generosity, charity and humility respectively, values that the producer intends to express in his creation.
