Vinhos Imperfeitos Vinhos Verdes Magnum
Grape varieties: Arinto, Loureiro and Avesso.
Vinification: After a careful selection at the cellar door, they were gently pressed and fermented slowly at low temperatures, with the aim of respecting the raw material and enhancing the primary aromas.
Aging: -.
Colour: Citric and crystalline.
Aroma: A complex aroma, with white petal floral notes predominating. After some time in the glass, fresh notes of orange leaf appear in the background.
Flavour: A white with character, extremely mineral and delicate, but which, thanks to its acidity, provides a long, intense and energetic finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Shellfish, delicate fish, sushi, soft cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
