Grape varieties: Encruzado 50% and Bical 50%.
Aging: Fermented naturally in stainless steel vats, cement and 10% in barrels. This was followed by ageing on the lees in the same tanks for 5 months.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Delicate aromas associated with the character of brioche, as well as bread yeast and white fruit. Surprisingly mineral, respecting the granite soils from which it comes.
Flavour: The palate mirrors the citrus fruit, combined with a pleasant freshness, some creaminess and a very dry, salty and long finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled fish dishes, salads and seafood.
