Grape varieties: Cariñena and Garnacha.
Vinification: Hand-picked, vinification for 7 to 10 days in whole bunches with wild yeasts in cement and stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 8 months stainless steel and cement deposits.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Rich black and red fruits, fine acidity and fresh herbal essence.
Flavour: Wonderfully succulent, balanced and expressive, an unpretentious wine that simply tells the liquid story of a place, a people and a time.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red and white meats, roast meats, game.
