    Terroir Al Límit Pedra de Guix

    Grape varieties: 1/3 Pedro Ximénez, 1/3 Macabeo, 1/3 Garnacha Blanca.
    Vinification: After manual harvesting, the whole bunches are gently pressed in baskets and vinified in cement tanks.
    Aging: 8 months cement deposits.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Um branco maravilhoso com notas intensas de limão seco e manga, com nuances salgadas e abundantes notas de creme de limão e natas.
    Flavour: Rich, smooth and mature, with citrus, nut and floral notes, developing tension, depth and an appetising salinity.


    Serve: 16⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: White meat and oily fish.
