    Terroir Al Límit Dits Del Terra

    Grape varieties: Cariñena.
    Vinification: Hand-picked, fermented in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts for 7 to 10 days.
    Aging: 8 months cement deposits.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: Airy black fruits, persistent herbaceous notes that enhance the mild spices and suspended movement on the palate.
    Flavour: Notes of aniseed, fresh fennel and rose are enhanced by a fluid web of balsamic accents.

    Serve: 16⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Red and white meats, roast meats, game.
