Vinification: Traditional vinification with temperature control (28-30°C). Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels and tonneaux.
Colour: Soft ruby red with brownish reflections.
Aroma: Complex, with notes of wild flowers, red fruits and spices.
Flavour: Estruturado, elegante e sofisticado. Nuances de chocolate amargo e laranja, com taninos finos e sedosos.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Carnes vermelhas e brancas, caça e queijos curados.
