Grape varieties: 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico, 5% Inzolia
Vinification: Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Pale yellow.
Aroma: White pepper, hints of shrubbery and lemon pulp.
Flavour: Acidity firmly integrated with citrus, flint, concentrated fruit, mineral and saline notes, as well as a super tasty and tense finish.


Serve: 8 a 10⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
