Grape varieties: Nerello Mascalese.
Vinification: Traditional vinification with temperature control (28-30°C). Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels and tonneaux and 1 month in stainless steel.
Colour: Soft ruby red with brownish reflections.
Aroma: Juicy and vibrant, with surprising notes of red fruits, oranges and spices on the nose.
Flavour: A fruity wine, medium-bodied, somewhat spicy, with vibrant acidity and a long, chalky finish.


Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Red meat, game, white meat, mature cheeses.
