Grape varieties: Carricante.
Vinification: Gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperature in French oak barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 9 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Notes of smoked almonds, flowers, grilled herbs, lemons, as well as dried pineapple, stone and charcoal.
Flavour: A complex and intense wine with a dense texture, vibrant acidity and slight notes of vanilla.
Serve: 8 a 10⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (8 years).
Harmonisation: White meat, baked fish and shellfish.
