Taylor´s Tawny Port 20 Years
Grape varieties: Several typical Douro grape varieties.
Aging: Oak casks for an average of 20 years.
Colour: Âmbar-aloirada.
Aroma: Opulent and voluptuous nose of complex spices, greedy and dried fruit aromas, hints of orange blossom and a delicate woodiness from the long ageing period in cask.
Flavour: The palate is full of very rich and concentrated flavours and has a long, velvety finish.
Serve: 12⁰ to 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: A dessert wine, it goes well with fig, almond and caramel flavours. It is also excellent to accompany a crème brulée or a bowl of strawberries. It can also be enjoyed alone at the end of the meal with nuts or other dried fruit.
