Tarelo Açores White Arinto and Verdelho
Grape varieties: Arinto do Pico and Verdelho.
Vinification: Harvesting, temperature reduction in a cold chamber. The must was clarified by static decantation and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for 15 days.
Aging: Matured on the lie for 4 months, followed by 8 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: An exotic profile, where Atlantic influence intersects with basalt soils. Mineral, with citrus notes, in addition to some tropical elements.
Flavour: Fine and deep, as well as elegant and fresh on the palate, with a long and pleasant finish.
Serve: 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Fish, seafood, white meats, sushi and vegetarian dishes.
