    Somnium Red

    Grape varieties: Old Vines
    Aging: 21 months in French oak barrels.
    Colour: Rubi
    Aroma: Intensity and aromatic quality, to very ripe red fruits and black plum, spices, such as cinnamon and clove, balsamic and cedar, very well integrated wood.
    Flavour: Structure, firm tannins, balanced by good acidity. great intensity and complexity, with an extremely long finish.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Grilled meat dishes, game and loin in the oven.
