Aroma: Elegant aroma, full of mineral notes, with notes of ripe fruit and light toasted notes.
Flavour: Very good structure in the mouth, compensated by an excellent lemony acidity and a very long finish.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (6 to 20 years).
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, sushi, grilled white meats and salads.
