Quinta do Paral Superior Red
Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet (25%), Touriga Nacional (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Syrah (25%).
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and fermentation in a press with mechanical treading at a controlled temperature (24-28º), followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Intense and complex aroma, with spicy notes that combine very well with the wild berries of the other varieties and the smoky notes of the barrel.
Flavour: Full-bodied, with solid but tamed tannins, it is full of verve and vigour, promising excellent development in the bottle.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Ideal with grilled meats, game and charcuterie.
