Quinta da Prelada Porto Tawny 10 Years
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Roriz.
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 20-25ºC for 3 to 4 days; Interruption of fermentation with wine spirit at 77º V/V.
Aging: In 600-litre chestnut barrels.
Colour: Amber.
Aroma: It shows a balance of ripe fruit with the intensity of aged oak. Delicious served on its own, with its clean golden colour, the aroma displays dried fruits.
Flavour: It has a balanced sweetness on the palate.
Serve: 16-18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Pâtés, nuts, foie gras, meat stuffed with nuts, and egg-based desserts.
