Quinta da Prelada White Port 10 Years
Grape varieties: Arinto, Códega do Larinho, Viosinho and Gouveio.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-18ºC, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit.
Aging: Wood ageing, with the age mentioned being an average of the ages of the different wines that make up the blend.
Colour: Shiny gold.
Aroma: The nose is complex and harmonious with aromas of dried fruit that give the wine its character.
Flavour: Silky texture and enveloping in the mouth. With a powerful and long finish.
Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Desserts, cheese, nuts such as chestnuts and almonds.
