Portugal Boutique Winery Guyot White
Grape varieties: Field Blend – 20 grape varieties, predominantly Códega and Rabigato.
Vinification: Hand-picked, completely destemmed, followed by cold maceration for 2 days. Partial fermentation in 500-litre French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 500 litres of French oak for 12 months.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Ripe fruit with tropical nuances enveloped in light barrel toasting that lends harmony and complexity.
Flavour: On the palate, it has a very fresh and unctuous profile, displaying a combination of fruit and spices with a crisp acidity that makes it linger.
Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meats and roasted cod.
