Grape varieties: Old vines with around 30 indigenous grape varieties.
Vinification: Desengace parcial, fermentação em lagar com pisa a pé durante 10 dias.
Aging: Barricas de carvalho francês durante 18 meses.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Very fresh on the nose with pure notes of plum, blackberry and black cherry with subtle hints of spice.
Flavour: Good texture and concentration, with excellent tannins and a long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Great gastronomic vocation, grilled or oven-baked meat dishes.
