Pinhal da Torre Syrah is a DOC wine from the Tagus with aromas of slightly minty fruit and vanilla, as well as toasted cocoa and spices. On the palate it is intense and complex, very refined with round tannins, good acidity and soft, full-bodied flavours with a long finish.

    Pinhal da Torre Tinto Syrah

    Grape varieties: Syrah.
    Vinification: Vinified using the traditional tanning process, with slight maceration, and aged in French oak barrels, unfiltered.
    Aging:
    Colour: Grenada.
    Aroma: Aromas of slightly minty fruit and vanilla, as well as toasted cocoa and spices.
    Flavour: The palate is intense and complex, very fine-tuned with round tannins, good acidity and soft, full-bodied with a long finish.


    Serve: 15⁰ a 17⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Well-seasoned meat dishes and cheeses.
