Natus White
Grape varieties: Traditional grape varieties, mainly Roupeiro, Antão Vaz and Gouveio.
Aging: It was aged for 8 months in the fermentation barrels, attested to by the Talhas, on total lees, with a light stirring every month.
Colour: Lemon yellow, with green reflections.
Aroma: Citrus aroma of good complexity with typical notes of stone fruit and white pulp.
Flavour: On the palate, it has the presence and reactivity of tannins from partial tanning, which give it freshness and texture, as well as being harmonious, dense and broad.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: It calls for rich dishes at the table in winter, and long, hot nights in summer.
