Monte Branco Red 10 Years

Monte Branco Red 10 Years

Grape varieties: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Aragonez and 20 % Trincadeira.
Vinification: Hand-harvested. Fully destemmed. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days. Fermentation in temperature-controlled vats at 26/27°C.
Aging: 1 year in 300-litre French oak barrels (80 per cent new).
Colour:
Intense garnet.
Aroma:
Flavour: Full-bodied, robust and powerful, yet with immense elegance and finesse. The attack confirms the fruit and spices, with very powerful yet well-integrated tannins, alongside lively, taut and very fresh acidity. The finish is textured, full of vigour and markedly persistent.
