Mira do Ó Teima Red
Grape varieties: Old Vines.
Vinification: Hand-harvested, whole-cluster grapes slowly fermented in a traditional wine press using foot-treading.
Aging: 20 months in used French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: A nose of great elegance, with subtle red fruit, notes of the forest, spices and a pronounced mineral character imparted by the granitic soils.
Flavour: It is a taut wine, with excellent acidity, a vibrant texture resulting from whole-bunch vinification, and a long, fresh and persistent finish.
Serve: 16-18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, roast meat.
