Menin Reserve White
Grape varieties: 60% Viosinho, 20% Gouveio, 15% Rabigato, 5% Arinto.
Vinification: Destemming, sorting and crushing. After clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation began in oak barrels at low temperatures of around 16oC for 20 days.
Aging: 6 months in oak barrels with periodic bâtonnage.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: A very fine and expressive nose, with notes of fresh mango and a hint of mandarin, as well as lavender and white pepper.
Flavour: Very elegant, fresh and mineral, but at the same time full of fruit and with a slightly spicy, long finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Extremely gastronomic, it goes well with baked fish dishes and white meats.
