Grape varieties: Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato e Códega do Larinho.
Vinification: Seleção e desengace, seguida de presagem. Fermentação em cubas de aço inox e ovo de cimento, a temperaturas baixas ao longo de 8 semanas.
Aging: Sobre borras finas durante 7 meses.
Colour: Intense and bright.
Aroma: Aromas of spring flowers and fresh lime.
Flavour: Round and with good volume in the mouth, it has a fine freshness, purity of flavour and excellent balance.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled fish dishes, salads and seafood.
