Vinification: Direct whole bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation in horizontal vats.
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Citrine yellow.
Aroma: Pineapple flavour, with notes of citrus fruit.
Flavour: A fresh, pure and mineral wine that at the same time embraces all the fruit and exuberance of the Viosinho variety.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Goes well with oysters, shellfish, pasta, grilled fish, composed salads and white meat dishes.
