Grape varieties: Gouveio.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18kg boxes. In the cellar, direct whole bunch pressing, fermentation at 14 degrees in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Pale yellow colour with greenish nuances.
Aroma: Gouveio da Joaninha is a wine that expresses the grape variety in its purest version, where fruit and minerality are emphasised.
Flavour: The palate is tense with great depth.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Goes well with grilled fish, composed salads and white meat dishes.
