    Louis Jadot Bourgogne Couvent des Jacobins

    Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
    Vinification: Traditional in stainless steel.
    Aging: 8 to 10 months in oak barrels from our cooperage or in stainless steel vats before bottling.
    Colour: Lemon yellow. 
    Aroma: Fruity and woody aromas, with notes of fresh fruit pulp and fragrant flowers.
    Flavour: Very elegant, smooth and harmonious on the palate, with a long finish.

    Serve: 16⁰ to 17⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.

    Harmonisation: White meat, fish, seafood and cheeses.
