Grape varieties: Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: Aged on fine lees for 6 months.
Colour: Rose/Salmon.
Aroma: Elegant aroma of red fruits like strawberry, associated with slight floral and mineral notes.
Flavour: Very fresh in the mouth, good volume, dense, ends with a very good acid balance.
Harmonisation: Dried fruit, pasta, salads and white meat.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
