Aroma: Fruity and powerful at the same time, with intense aromas of passion fruit and red apple, along with refreshing grapefruit, rose and lime zest.
Flavour: The palate is powerful, with a wonderful interplay between sweetness and acidity, revealing a bouquet of flavours.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Imediato ou guarda (5 anos).
Harmonisation: It goes well with lightly spiced dishes and white meat with curry. It's also great with vegetable dishes with a slight sweetness or with lobster.
