Colour: Crystal clear lemon yellow.
Aroma: It has aromas of ripe yellow fruits, nuts and acacia, as well as hints of honey.
Flavour: Ripe yellow fruit and honey flavours, extremely concentrated and juicy, with very high viscosity, as well as complex with a long finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: A typical Auslese Riesling that harmonises perfectly with fine desserts and cheeses with sweet chutneys. Also the perfect accompaniment to goose liver or terrines.
