Just For Friends Tinto
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: Manual selection, destemming and crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats. 20 days of maceration with delestage.
Aging: 36 months in 225-litre French oak barrels (new and used), followed by 8 years in the bottle.
Colour: Dense ruby.
Aroma: Very intense black fruit such as blackberries and cassis, cedar, leather, smoke and toasted wood.
Flavour: Very full-bodied, with dusty tannins reminiscent of chalk powder, as well as vibrant acidity and a very long finish.
Serve: 17⁰ a 19⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Ideal with red meats and grilled meat.
